At Skill Luck Gamble® we're committed to delivering your fresh gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, shipping times, and costs.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2PM AEST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping:

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions

Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over AUD$250.00.
International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.

Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending shipping method selected. the destination country and customs processing. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Skill Luck Gamble® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or through the link provided in your email.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Our primary carriers include:
Australia Post for domestic and DHL or Fedex for International
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@skillluckgamble.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Packages: While rare, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@skillluckgamble.com after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take up to 5 business days for domestic orders and longer for international.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize there's an error in your shipping address. We may be able to correct it before it ships.
7. P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard domestic shipping. However, express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes. International orders typically cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
